Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 large sweet potato, chopped
1 can black beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
2 small cans tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 onion, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, salt, pepper
Directions
Brown turkey in a large pot.
Add onion, celery, bell pepper, and sweet potato; cook until softened.
Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, and seasonings.
Simmer 25–30 minutes until thick and flavorful.
