Ingredients
1.5 lbs tilapia fillets
1 lemon (juice + zest)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place fish on one side of a lined sheet pan, veggies on the other.
Drizzle everything with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake 15–18 minutes until fish flakes easily and veggies are tender.
For added flavor top with lemon olive oil and fresh dill.
