Low Carb Cheeseburger Cups

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups egg whites 
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 
- 1 onion, diced 
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese 
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese) 
- Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, etc.) - Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line it with silicone baking cups. - Cook the Beef and Onion: 
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. 
- Drain any excess grease and set the mixture aside to cool slightly. - Prepare the Egg Mixture: 
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the egg whites, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings of your choice until well combined. - Combine Ingredients: 
- Stir the cooked beef and onion mixture into the egg mixture until evenly distributed. - Fill the Muffin Pan: 
- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Add extra egg white to fill cup if necessary. - Bake: 
- Place the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheeseburger cups are set and slightly golden on top. - Cool and Serve: 
- Allow the cheeseburger cups to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan. Serve warm or store for meal prep. - Tips:
