A season of shifting focus

For a long time, this space has been about healthy living- sharing pieces of my world through Farmers markets, clean recipes, growth and even my journey with lichen. It’s been a reflection of everything I’ve poured energy into: learning, creating, and connecting.

But this last year something has shifted.

I decided to focus on me — not in s selfish way, but in a way that felt long overdue. I trained my butt off for my first solo HYROX, crossed finish lines at 5K’s, 10K’s, a half marathon, and even tacked my first trail run.

I spent early mornings and late evenings moving my body, building strength, testing limits, and discovering a deeper sense of what I am capable of.

This blog has always been my place to share what’s going on in my world, and right now my world looks a little different. I am not going to be taking orders for the near future in an official capacity, you can always reach out via email to do something custom. Just please know I am not going to be frequently stocking any of my typical items. I will forever have a soft spot for my market days, but my focus here is evolving.

You will start to see more about running, healthy movement, mindfulness, and all the fun, active things that I have been up to— the kind of stuff that fills me up and keeps me grounded.

It feels like a fresh chapter— same me, just a little stronger, more confident, and still sharing life as it unfolds.

I hope you’ll continue to tag along with me,

CB
